In our aim for continuity, any crew member, be it a Rating or an Officer planned for a shipowner or principal will become an integral part of our crew pool, ensuring consistency and collaboration between our company and the vessels we provide crew for.

 

Our operations will be in adherence to the latest International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) guidelines and MLC requirements, in conjunction with the requirement of flag states.
